No, but creating an account has many advantages. It allows you to save your billing information so you can speed through checkout, comment on blog posts and more.

No, sorry but you will have to create a new account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I unsubscribe from emails from Brain Damage Films?

If you have a BrainDamageFilms.com account you can go to the Edit Account section to manage your email preferences. If you're receiving emails from us and you don't have an account, you can click here to unsubscribe from our newsletter.

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?

We ship orders out at least twice per week via USPS. You can click here for more detailed information about shipping and returns. If you've already placed your order you can check the status of it by clicking the order's View link on the My Account page.

What's up with the Amazon Video On Demand movies?

Many of our movies are available for instant download or streaming from Amazon Video On Demand. In order to purchase a rental or download of a movie, you'll need an Amazon.com account. All billing, order and technical support information should be requested from Amazon -- We just provide links to our movies on their site for convenience.

Is it safe to save my billing information to my account?

Yes! When you set up a saved billing profile, we securely transfer your billing information once to our trusted merchant services provider, Authorize.net, who securely stores the information to the latest industry and legal standards. The next time you place an order with your saved profile we only need to submit your unique profile ID to Authorize.net and they handle the rest. This limits the number of times your billing information is sent back and forth, plus it's super convenient!

Why can't I use my BrainDamageFilms.com account to comment on a movie?

Opinions are like assholes -- everyone's got one. For that reason, we use Disqus for the comments section on product pages so that everyone can have their say about a movie whether they have a BrainDamageFilms.com account or not. A BrainDamageFilms.com account IS required to comment on blog posts.
